  		Robert Ferguson marriage to Ellen Singleton 1906 Robert Ferguson married Ellen Singleton on 21 Oct 1906, at St Benedict Church, Everton, Liverpool. Why Ellen's father's name is given as John, I have no idea. It was Henry, he was a van man, and there was no John Singleton with daughter Ellen in Liverpool!
  		A wedding couple: Robert Ferguson and Nellie Singleton, 1906 We believe this to be Robert and Nellie, and believe it to be taken in celebration of their wedding. The photo is in the possession of Rob Henon, Bob's grandson. Nellie was living with Rob's parents when she died in 1958, and this was probably one of a number that she had kept for many years. The photo was possibly taken on their wedding day, 21 Oct 1906.

  		A wedding group: John Foster and Minnie Ferguson, 22 Oct 1938 John and Minnie were Dave's parents. They married at St Chrysostom Church, Queens Road, Everton, Liverpool.
  		Family group: Sisters Minnie Foster and Nellie Henon and children 1953 We were obviously on a caravan holiday, probably in North Wales.
  		Ferguson family, c1923 If this was 1923, Nellie Singleton, formerly Ferguson, was by then married to Edwin Hilton. This shows her with her 3 surviving children, Nellie, Minnie and Lil.
  		Nellie and Minnie Ferguson, cousin Nellie, and a friend, 1934 Dave's Mum, Minnie, had a Brownie box camera for about 30 years. Here it was being used on holiday in the Isle of Man in August 1934.

  		The Ferguson sisters in girl guide uniform, c1926 Nellie, in the middle, and Minnie are in the senior uniform. Young Lily is in the junior uniform.
  		Harry Oliphant and Elizabeth Ferguson, 1943 Harry and Lil married on 8 Jun 1943, at the parish church in Aldershot. The uniformed men at each end are unknown. Lil's sister Nellie was her bridesmaid. Her other sister Minnie was due to attend, but her children (myself being one) were so upset at her leaving them that she changed her mind!
